All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders may take 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $200 USD
  • Orders under $200: flat rate of $25 USD

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Rugs are shipped rolled and carefully wrapped to prevent any damage during transit.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare all items at their full value as required by international law.
