We want you to love your rug. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Custom-made rugs are non-refundable unless defective
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
How to Return
- Email us at returns@authenticmoroccancarpets.com within 30 days
- We will send you a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping service
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
Damaged Items
If your rug arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
